These Terms govern use of the True Cut website, account system, order workflow, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and to provide accurate information.

Service scope

True Cut provides genetic identity documentation for cannabis cultivars. The service may include sample intake, genome-wide marker data generated by an external sequencing or genotyping provider, relationship analysis, population context, and a bounded Forensic Identity Dossier.

Customer responsibilities

  • Submit only samples and information you are authorized to provide.
  • Provide accurate cultivar, source, handling, business, and shipping information.
  • Comply with all laws, licenses, contracts, and internal policies that apply to your material and business.
  • Review the dossier in context with your own records, contracts, and qualified advisors.

Payments and order status

Orders are priced per sample unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Payment processing is handled through the configured hosted checkout provider. Order acceptance, sample processing, and dossier delivery depend on completed intake, accepted sample requirements, payment status, and operational capacity.

Scientific and legal boundaries

True Cut documents genetic identity evidence. The service does not predict traits, determine historical authorship, create legal ownership, replace legal counsel, or decide the terms of any license or dispute. PCA, similarity, and relationship views must be interpreted together with sample records and supporting documentation.

Site content and changes

Educational materials on the site are provided for general business and science context. True Cut may update the site, policies, pricing, order workflow, or service scope as the platform develops. Material order terms can also be handled through a separate written agreement.
