True Cut provides cannabis cultivar genetic identity documentation for breeders, cultivators, and related business operators. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website, account system, order workflow, and related communications.

- Business and order details, including shipping address, optional license number, grow type, cultivar names, sample metadata, source notes, and handling notes.
- Payment and checkout records needed to connect a hosted payment transaction to a True Cut order. True Cut does not store full card numbers.
- Technical site information such as browser, device, IP address, pages visited, and security logs generated by the hosting and application infrastructure.
- Messages or support requests sent through email, account workflows, or other contact paths.
